Honeycolor.com & Geo Lens Review

I got my contact lenses the other day, so I thought I'd post a review! I've never actually written a real review of anything before, so here it goes!

First, Honey Color.
Everything went perfectly, and the shipping was pretty quick given that it was Standard Shipping. I ordered the lenses on the 13th and I received the lenses on the 23rd. The product I received was exactly the one I'd ordered, and I'm definitely looking into ordering contacts from them again, they even give a free lens case, which I have pictures of later in the post.

Now, onto the lenses!
I ordered Geo Beauty Blue:

They arrived in a box within the parcel containing the order, well packaged and secure.

(isn't the hippo case just the cutest? :3)

The prescription is shown clearly on the tops of the bottles (exactly as ordered, no slip-ups!). There is also a circular authenticity seal on the side of each bottle.

And here's a nice before...

...and after!

(having pictures of eyes here looks really weird D:)

Overall, I really, really love these! They're just as comfortable as my clear monthlies from the opticians. I'm also pleased with the colour, it's subtle, but still a nice change from my usual blue-green confusion.

aaand here's an obligatory photo of me wearing them.

hot damn I look crazy

To finish up, I'll summarise.
Honey Color are great, I recommend them because of their cheap & speedy shipping and hey, free animal lens case!
Geo Beauty Blue are fantastic, comfortable lenses and I will probably get as much wear as possible out of them.

All together, including shipping, the whole order set me back €20.70 (about $25.90), so that's pretty good value if I do say so myself!

Where Is Baby's New Print?

I swear I just posted it in this post.

I mean, I can see a dress, but I can't see a print.

I can see a few pairs of eyes, and a bit of yellow but that's as far as it goes.

Goddamn I know I left the print around here somewhere.

But really Baby, I'd probably be interested in your new print if I could SEE WHAT IT IS.

A quick update to let you know that I'm still alive

First of all, thank you all for 10,000 pageviews! At least I know people are reading my blog, and it gives me the motivation to post more often (which I still fail to do).

I'm sorry I haven't been posting much, I've just been busy this summer, which is something that doesn't normally happen! I've been catching up on reading, watching shows and films, and writing a lot, so I guess it's not bad at all that I took a little break.

Considering that I'm getting my Leaving Cert results tomorrow, I think there's nothing wrong with a bit of a relax. If there's anyone else reading this and getting their results tomorrow, good luck! I'm probably five times are nervous as you and ten times as screwed.

I PROMISE I'll write a nice post for you all tomorrow, and I have no excuse because I have nothing to do tomorrow apart from getting my results and crying, regardless of whether I do well or not.

So until then, I'll leave you with what I've been listening to for the last half hour.

Recent News, Disney Delights, Closet Cleaning, and a tractor.

So it's been a little while since I posted last, so I'm throwing all the recent fun into one huge, fun-filled post. *queue exciting theme music*.

First off, I went to a meetup last Sunday, which there are photos of on Harmony Cloud's blog!

While killing time before the meet (the bus arrived in Dublin about three hours before we were due to meet up!), I took a stroll around, and went to the Disney store! It's honestly the most amazing shop I've ever been in! All the kids were running around and I was just sort of floating around trying not to scream and dance in circles ^^'. I don't have any photos of the inside of the shop, but I do have photos of my purchases!

First, I bought this:
It's a Disney fragrance (!!!) called Wonder, it's absolutely amazing! It's technically just a 'fragrance mist', but it's my perfume now because it's such a lovely, light scent. The box says that it smells like lemon sugar, apple blossoms and marshmallow clouds, and I think that's about right! It's sweet, but not sickeningly so, it's just right. I was lucky actually, it was on sale for about €16, down from twenty something. Not too shabby!
It now has pride of place next to Madame Glamour (Lidl finest! But it's actually lovely), and l'Occitane Cherry Blossom. I also fear that I might like it a little more than Cherry Blossom, which is my current favourite, but oh well, let's just say they're equally nice :P

I also bought this little cup for my mum, but I think she's half afraid to use it in case she drops it! It's china, and I bought it so she could have a small cup for Lady Grey tea (if you've had it before, you'll know it always seems nicer from a small cup. Maybe it's just a psychological thing...).
I couldn't leave without buying a bag! It's absolutely huge! The guy serving me in the shop kept offering me smaller bags because I only had the cup and the bottle of Wonder, but I was set on buying the biggest bag! I'm glad too, it came in handy on Sunday for holding everything, and I was able to use it to pack for a trip of sorts.

In other news, I finally got rid of a load of books that had been hanging around my bookshelf (I NEVER have to look at Twilight again! *throws party*). I gave them into the second hand bookshop in town and they gave me credit towards some other books. I got the first two books in P.C. Cast's Divine series (not the best author in the world, but easy to read and fiendishly addictive), Ulysses by James Joyce (a more challenging read! I've wanted to read it for ages though), and then another day I bought The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. Thinking now, as it's a one volume edition, it's probably abridged, but oh well, I'll read it regardless.

I've been looking through a load of my clothes as well lately, and decided to sell three dresses and three blouses, as I really haven't worn them enough to justify keeping them. I'm going to post them to the comm sales over on Livejournal later on if I'm not too lazy.
I have a Melty Chocolate replica, a black Bodyline OP, a blue Bodyline JSK, a white size S Anna House blouse, A white Baby blouse, and a BPN blouse to sell, so keep an eye out if you're interested!

Finally, I present to you, a tractor.

That's about the size of it, really. x

Btssb Summer 2012 Lucky Packs!

I'm surprised nobody's noticed yet, but Baby have announced the 2012 Summer Lucky Packs! I think they're calling them 'Happy Sets' this year. There will be three sets available, all containing a dress of skirt of the same print.

First up, the Dreamy Pony Ribbon Ribbon Set:

Second, Dreamy Pony Sweet Skirt Set:

Finally,Dreamy Pony Honey Baby doll set (seriously Baby where do you get these names from??):

Each set will cost 17,640 yen. You can find the reserve page for each set by clicking the picture. I know I saw on the site that they'll be released on the 22nd, but then on each individual reserve page I think it says something about the exact date not being announced yet? Maybe I'm misreading it...

Anyway, who's getting one? I had planned to get a lucky pack this year, but I'm broke so it isn't happening. However, I don't think I'm too bothered, at least not about these ones, as I don't like them as much as the plain ones they do...

Goodbye until the 21st!

The Leaving Cert is starting on Wednesday, so today's my last day on the internet before then! I'll have ten exams in total (2 English, 2 Irish, 2 Maths, 1 Home Ec, 1 Biology, 1 French, 1 Music), so it'll be tough going! I'll have a break of a week before my last exam, so I might post during that week, but then again, I might manage to get my head stuck in the books for that exam!

I'll resume the Lolita Challenge when I get back, and other posting, so stick around!

Also, I may or may not be kinda freaking out over the exams.
SURE, BE GRAND!

See you soon!

Goodbye Chapman's, Menary's, and who next? - Is Clonmel Doomed to Become a Ghost Town?

So I don't normally post this kind of stuff on my blog, I don't even care. Chapman's was my favourite café, no offense, O' Tuamas, but it really was. It was a real shock this morning when I heard that it had closed down, I was only in there on Wednesday!

Day 10 – What’s in your bag?

Funny story... nothing! I normally empty my handbag when I get home because I change handbags often, and don't like having to search through all my bags for things! I will, however, show you what would normally be in my bag...

Featuring my Baby heart bag, because I use it more than my other bags and it's amazing. <3

1. Purse. I mean, where wouldja be going without a few sheckles in your bag? This is the only purse I ever use, and I've had it for YEARS. I got it from my cousin as a present way back when I was about ten or eleven.

2. Rosy Vaseline! It's just so much cheaper and handier than lipgloss or lipstick, and it even smells nice!

3. Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder, because it's great and inexpensive.

4. Essence blush, because it is also great and inexpensive.

5. Rimmel Black Eyeliner Pencil. Now, let me tell you, I have had that eyeliner pencil waaay too long. Dispose after 12 months? Pff, I think I've had the thing about four years and it's still not wasted. Recession-busting makeup right there, and I never share my makeup so tis grand.

6. Well, it's my phone. It has charms. It's great. I never have credit, but I still never go anywhere without it!

BONUS WOOD PIGEON

Just because it was outside my window and kept posing for the camera.

Day 9 – 10 things you will never do in lolita.

Well, THIS is going to be fun!

1. Skydive. (although the dress might serve as a parachute... xD)

2. Ski.

3. Swim (I don't swim anyway, but still!)

4. Bungee jump.

5. Backfliiiiips.

6. Operate heavy machinery.

7. Absail.

8. Sunbathe

9. Climb Kilimanjaro

10. Scuba dive

Well, I wouldn't unless I had a very good reason (Imagine how much a print would run while scuba diving? Eeeeesh D:)

Day 7, er, 8! 10 songs that inspire you for lolita.

This is a really difficult one, because I don't really know who influences my style! o-o'
Can I skip this? No? Okaaay...
No I actually don't know, I generally just see colours and styles that look nice together and it all turns out well.
No okay I think I'll just do Day 8 instead because it looks easier.

DAY EIGHT.
This is going to be the weirdest mix of music ever.

1. Still Doll - Kanon Wakeshima

Before anyone asks, I have NEVER watched Vampire Knight!

2. Chocolate Disco - Perfume

I love Perfume, they're just so happy! :D

3. Storytime - Nightwish

In honesty, every single Nightwish song inspires me for everything ever. I couldn't choose a song, so I just went with the latest single (which is BLOODY AMAZING.), and the video is pretty awesome. I need to buy that album after the Leaving. Not even joking.

4. Snow White Queen - Evanescence

Once again, a band that have too many appropriate songs to post in one go. I'm still annoyed that this was never a single, the video would've been insane.

5. Cameo Lover - Kimbra

Ah, I love Kimbra. Really, I do. This is just full to the brim with happy and smiley. What more couldja want? Kimbra's absolutely adorable too. Instead of signings, she should do huggings.

6. Shake It Out - Florence + The Machine

So I wanted to post the entire Ceremonials album (if you don't have it already you're missing out), but this song is the heart of the album. It has some real get up, go, and get somewhere about it.

7. Cherry Bonbon - Kyary Pamyu Pamyu

Where wouldja be without a bit of Kyary? Studies show that it is virtually impossible to be unhappy while listening to her music. (Studies also show that these studies never took place, but if they did I'm sure the end result would be the same.)

8. What Makes You Beautiful - One Direction

I'm not a massive One Direction fan, but this song is just so happy. And hell, feel shy about wearing Lolita in public? THAT'S WHAT MAKES YOU BEAUUUTIFUUUUL.

9. Untitled - Sea Oleena

Sea Oleena's music has more of a mori feel to it, but still. It's the kind of music that makes you want to float away...

10. Gardenia - Malice Mizer

This list wouldn't be complete without some Malice Mizer. Gardenia is my favourite of their songs, and their best, in my opinion.

So that's about the size of it. It's the most eclectic group of songs ever, but sher, what harm.
(If you ever want to hear devil music, play all of these videos at the same time. I'm not even joking, it's terrifying.)

Day 6 – 10 (7) things you can’t live without in lolita.

Well this is a strange auld one, but I'll try it!

1. A big huge petticoat. I know some people don't like to have full-on poof all the time, but it gets so windy here that I need serious skirt support, otherwise my skirt would just deflate like a sad soufflé :(

2. A load of different headbows/headdresses. Even before I wore Lolita, I always wore headbows, so thankfully I've built up a small collection of simple ones.

3. At least one pair of comfy shoes/boots. I have a few low heeled shoes that look really nice, but kill my feet after a while! I do, however, have a pair of cork-soled boots, and they are the most comfortable things I have ever worn on my feet!

4. This might sound weird, but a padded bra. I know loads of people can't fit into brands because of their busts (I even have one dress that's a bit tight sometimes!), but I can't fill out AP dresses! If I wear my Jewelry Jelly with a normal bra it's really loose :(

5. Clothing suited to hot weather. I can't say that we have terribly hot summers here, but there's always a few days of burning and dying heat (which is usually 23-30 celsius, I know that's probably pretty mild for some people!) so I need a light JSK or OP that I can wear with no blouse or cardigan and no legwear. Rebel rorita!!111

6. Dresses with pockets. I'm fully serious, they're the handiest things ever! I have four dresses with pockets, three AP and one Baby, and they make life so much easier (and free up space in my handbag!)

7. Tights. I'm way more likely to wear black tights than black socks (weather permitting, of course).

8. I'm running out of things that aren't obvious.

9. Now I really don't know what to type anymore. Bags! Lace! Things!

10. Okay so that was a really bad post. I'll have to make Day 7 much better to make up for this. ;-;

Wednesday, May 23, 2012

Day 5 – 10 items from your wishlist.

So here's 10 things from my wishlist. You should probably be warned that I'm forever changing my wishlist, and that these items aren't in order!

 1. AATP Queen's Coach OP in black.
Right, so the minute I laid eyes on this dress I was in love. Unfortunately, I laid eyes on it several weeks after it sold out, and I haven't seen it on sale since, apart from once on mbok for about €300 ;-;
2. Sugary Carnival OP in sax blue.
So it's impossible for me to not like this print. Go on, replicate it a few hundred times more until everyone in the world can have one of each colour and wear them all, I'll still have my eye on this beauty! I almost bought a replica of it, but I just couldn't... I'd rather save up and get the real thing. Dem ponies.
 3. MMM's Iron Gate in black x blue.
This is just a beautiful piece. As much as I love the newer Moitié prints, this is a classic. It's so difficult to come by though, and when it does turn up it's generally an absolute fortune! Need I mention the time with the Iron Gate and over €800 and the ha ha ha...
-Unobtainable.
 4. AP's Milky Pony bag in pink x sax.
Alright, this bag is almost a guilty pleasure.

...nah, I'm not ashamed of anything I like. This bag is damn cute, and you know it! I mean, the bag can probably only fit a phone and a purse, but still, it's so adorable! Who doesn't want a pony for a bag?
 5. AP's Fantasic Dolly OP in lavender/red.
This is another one I'm tempted to get a replica of, but no! I will suffer until the funds become available, if ever. I really love Fantasic Dolly, and I think I'd prefer to have the original. I'm always undecided about whether I like the red of the lavender best, but I'm just putting the lavender here because I had the lavender stock photo on hand :P

6. AP's Chess Chocolate OP in Pink/Mint.
Once again, I'm caught between two colourways. I don't really know how pink suits me, but I do like the pink, I think it stands out nicely. I adore the Chess Chocolate series, I remember wanting it so much when it came out, but alas! Reality called with an empty money box...
 7. BTSSB's Claudia, The Fairy Tale Princess.
I can never get over how stunning this dress is. I actually don't have words apart from asdfghjkl and some other things that aren't really words at all. I've never seen it for sale second hand, although it's probably been up a few times and I just missed it...
8. AP's Honey Cake OP in ivory.
It actually took me a little while to warm to this, but once I did I just fell for it <3. I mean, it has pancake mix, cherries, chocolate syrup, bear-shaped syrup and pictures of ACTUAL PANCAKES. What more do you want on a dress?
 9. BTSSB's Alice Chess in black x white.
Ah, a classic. I've always loved this dress. Maybe it's just because I like interesting combinations of black and white, but eh, whatever. It's just a gorgeous dress. Some day it will be mine...

...some day.
10. AP's Wonder Party Mini-Sleeve JSK in sax.
Honestly, all Angelic Pretty needs to do to make a print amazing is slap the word 'Wonder' in the name. Wonder Cookie, Wonder Story, and wonder party. A lot of people have been selling their Wonder Party jsk's lately, and it's driving me mad because the colour I want went for a pretty reasonable price! O eager sellers and empty pockets, how dost thou afflict me! ;-;

Tuesday, May 22, 2012

Day 4 – 10 different kinds of food you like.

(I didn't do this yesterday because I was sleep deprived and I fell asleep really early! D:)
(Also, what's this got to do with Lolita? Ah well, it's okay, I like food too! :D)

1. Pasta. I really, really love pasta.

2. Pizza. That's +2 to Italy...

3. Chicken... anything.

4. Chocolate. Chocolate everything.

5. Sushi's amazing. I've only had it a few times, but it is edible happiness.

6. Tomato soup with brown bread (ultimate comfort food)

7. Tea is now a food if it wasn't already. In terms of mass I probably consume more tea than food...

8. Plain scones with strawberry jam.

9. Can it be breakfast now? Honey loops and porridge are amazing (not together though, what's wrong with you??)

10. Biscuits of many kinds, but favourites would be kimberly, mikado (not the ones that look like pocky), fig rolls. Yeah, Jacob's make some amazing biscuits.

"LOLITA: The Artwork" - My Favourite Pages.

I didn't hear about this book/project until very recently (within the last few hours!), but I'm really in love with it! The book is a collection of Lolita art, contributed by many artistic followers of the fashion worldwide. The book itself is split into five sections: Sweet, Gothic, Classic, Boystyle, and Other Styles.

The whole project is non-profit, and is based (I don't even know if that's the right word?) in the blog LOLITA: The Artwork
One can download the PDF of the book here.
or, if you'd prefer to have a physical copy, one can be purchased for $28.50 (about €23) here.

Anyway, on to the main event, my favourite pages! I've chosen three that really stood out for me for whatever reason.
First, this beautiful piece by Yoshi Marshmallow:
Yoshi Marshmallow's main deviantArt is here.
I just love the colours in this picture. They all blend together so perfectly, so delicately. I could look at this picture all day and still find new colours where I didn't think I'd find them. It's even more beautiful when viewed full size as part of the book, because you can see every last detail!

Second is a cute comic strip from Lucretia Hoagland of Indifferent Socks:
This is a really adorable, 16-panel comic about girl who wears her favourite dress but has a bad day until someone tells her that they like her dress. It's something short and sweet that every follower of the fashion can relate to! The strip is in the book in its entirety, so go on now, go read it!

Finally, this haunting picture by Shoujo Neko:
Shoujo Neko's deviantArt is here.
There aren't really words for how much I love this picture. I think it strikes a chord with me in some way. While I don't know what Shoujo Neko's idea behind the picture is, I take my own meaning from it. It's almost a way to say that, even though, as Lolitas, we seem to be perfect, doll-like, flawless, we are still like everyone else. We still feel things we don't want to feel, we're not too different on the inside just because we're different on the outside. Maybe I'm reading into it too much, I do that a lot!

If I haven't convinced you to download/buy LOLITA: The Artwork by now, then I don't know what to do. Maybe I'll just tell you that you'll be missing out on all the rest of the great art in this book. Well, you wouldn't want to go doing that, would you??

All pictures featured are the property of the artists and are used here only for the purpose of this review. Links are provided to the original posting of the artwork and/or to the artist.

Day 3 – 10 things you hate in lolita.

1. Unnecessary drama. It's an obvious one, but it had to be said. Whether it's online or offline, it's annoying as hell.

2. When people get hate for having tattoos or piercings. Even though I personally only have my ears pierced, it bothers me when I see people being told that their modifications "don't fit x amount of rules/keep with the aesthetic". Some people treat this as just a fashion, and that's okay and good, and there's nothing wrong with changing one's body with any kind of mods. Seriously, you wouldn't tell someone that their face looks wrong in Lolita, would you??

3. When people go against polite, constructive criticism because 'UR ALL LEETISTS I DO WAT I WANT'. Please don't do that o-o.

4. When dresses from my wishlist go on sale when I have no money. LIKE RIGHT NOW. If I see another Wonder Party jsk on sale I'm going to cry ;-;

5. Knocking things over with my skirt because of the poof. ^-^'

6. Brand prices, although I suppose I feel like I appreciate the clothes more when I have to save up for them, so it's not all bad.

7. Being terrified to eat messy food. (there was this one time with the offbrand dress and the soy sauce and the ha ha ha... D: )

8. When brands make really nice headbows, but the bow is designed to be worn on the left side (because of a design, tilted forward or whatever). I have a weird thing where if I'm wearing a side headbow, it has to be on my right side, or I feel uncomfortable.

9. Customs. Customs. CUSTOMS.

10. When people claim they're leaving lolita because there are some bitches in the community. If you're going to stop wearing a fashion because someone you don't like wears it too, you can't like it very much to begin with. If you liked chocolate, and someone you didn't like liked chocolate too, would you stop eating it? OF COURSE NOT, IT TASTES LIKE HAPPINESS. And, if you really like lolita, wearing it can feel like happiness.

Saturday, May 19, 2012

Day 2 - 10 things you love in lolita.

1. The little details on garments, like really beautiful lace.

2. Putting thought into what you're wearing! :D

3. The silhouette.

4. I love going to meetups! <3

5. The community, both offline and online!

6. Shopping! xD

7. Being able to talk to someone you've never met before because you're interested in the same clothes!

8. Prints. Well, that's an obvious one, but the many of the prints in this fashion are amazing! <33

9. "In-jokes". MR YAN Y U SO FURIOUS?

10. Walking around decked out in frills, feeling awesome, and not giving a flying fiddlestick about what anyone thinks! ^-^

Day 1 - 10 Things About Your Lolita Bubble

1 - My sweet colours are generally blue and lavender.

2 - I've been wearing Lolita for 2 1/2 years.

3 - When I started wearing it I really disliked Angelic Pretty! Crazy right?

4 - It's KIND OF my mum's fault I started wearing lolita. She introduced me to the film Kamikaze Girls back in 2009 and I was like 'It's a real fashion?? D:'

5 - I really, really, REALLY love tartan.

6 - Before I wore Lolita, I never wore dresses! It was a real leap from jeans and a t-shirt to full-blown lolita!

7 - I love my Lolita comm, they're awesome! :3

8 - My favourite brands are Baby The Stars Shine Bright and Angelic Pretty, but I really hope to own a Moitié dress someday! *-*

9 - Misako Aoki is my favourite Lolita model <3

10 - I can't see myself ever NOT wearing Lolita (I'll be about 80 walking around in Victorian Maiden shaking my parasol angrily at DARN KIDS, YOUNG WHIPPERSNAPPERS.) <3

I'm starting in the next post! (I thought I'd keep this separate from Day 1 in case anyone's just looking for the list!) <3

Grimoire of the Moonlight Forest

Alice and the Pirates' latest print is up for reserve. It will come in four colours: Noir, Rosário, Antique, and Raphael.

And here's the second JSK type in Antique:

I personally think that Antique is the most beautiful of the colourways. Maybe I'm just being picky and fussy, but I feel that the text on the print makes it appear too busy with the other colours, and I personally feel that the delicate nature of the print is lost. That said, I do like the colours of the Raphael print, but blues and purples always get into my good books!

Reservations are starting on the 25th (next Friday!), so if you want it, get you SS's at the ready!

So I Might Buy Some Nice Things After The Leaving Cert

Everyone knows that nice things make post-exam trauma feel much better, which is why I've been browsing Bodyline during my study breaks.

I've had my eye on this particular Bodyline dress for a while:

It's just... cute. It really is. It's €31 (used to be €21, rats!), which is still reasonable. I think it'd be nice paired with a yellow cardigan because there are little flecks of yellow in the print, and my blue tea party shoes. Yeah, blouseless. WHATCHA GONNA DO? Really though, I've been eyeing this dress for over a year, and I might just get it if I have the money!

Next is this little cutie:
So it might look a bit naf, but you know why I like it? I like it because it's fun. It's fun and happy and 'I have a heart. LOOK AT MY HEART!'. It's €21, which is fairly good, and yeah, it's fun. It's just something that seems to emanate happiness and smiles. Maybe I'm exaggerating a bit, but I'd still like it if funds permit.

This bag is just adorable:

I mean, who doesn't want a pink apple for a bag? I certainly want a pink apple for a bag...
It's €10, and if the quality of the massive heart-shaped bag I got from Bodyline is anything to go by, it seems worth it! It just so happens that pink is the only colour left in stock, so I just hope it doesn't sell out!

Bodyline also have these Doc Marten-style boots:

These two colours in particular caught my eye! They're really cute, and I could see myself wearing them. A LOT. They're €31 a pair, so I'll have to pick one colour if I can afford a pair, oh decisions! The pink ones are nice, but so are the lavender, oh dear o-o'.

I actually have a few things to sell that I don't wear anymore, so I'll sell them after the Leaving, and that can go towards something from this list, depending on how much I actually manage to get rid of! It all works, that way I'm de-cluttering AND getting something nice! :3

11 Things About Me!

I got this from http://serepuff.blogspot.com, and since I can't sleep, I'll do it! Because I'm not afraid of ANYTHING.

1. Whats your favorite piece of clothing?
Currently, my Alice's Portrait JSK :D

2. Who's your favorite artist?
Arty artist or music? (wait the next question is song, music)
Evanescence, but I've been listening to a lot of Florence + The Machine and Kyary lately (I mean a LOT).

3. Whats your favorite song?
Oh I don't even know anymore, it changes every week.

4. Do you have anything you're embarrassed to like?
Not one! I'm not ashamed of anything I like!

5. How many posters are up on your wall?
46, I even counted just there!

6. What colors do you like to paint your nails?
Every colour! But usually black or lavender.

7. What do you do to relax?
Drink tea and read or write.

8. Whats a typical dinner for you like?
Delicious.
But no really, anything. Some days I don't really have dinner, I just have lots of little things like toast and stuff.

9. Do you sing in the shower?
Who doesn't? :D

10. How do you spend most of your time?
Online, reading or sleeping. Sleeping is good.

11. Where do you like to shop?
ONLINE. But I do like Penneys, they're the reason I have nice cardigans and blouses.

Now, I'll think of some questions for people to do...

1. What colour do you wear the most?
2. If you could be anywhere right now, where would you be?
3. Do you buy magazines?
4. Favourite film?
5. What CD is in your CD player right now?
6. Tartan, yay or nay?
7. Favourite pair of shoes?
8. Do you own a hat?
9. Do you have a favourite model? If so, who?
10. What's your favourite kind of weather?
11. What's your favourite hot drink?

...so I'm uncreative. I was supposed to be asleep hours ago!!
But yeah, I'm to tired to think of people to tag, so just do these if you see them, you know it'll be fun! xD

New blog name, lots of happy, and crowns and stuff.

So I've decided that the Leaving Cert isn't worth getting really worried about anymore, and I'm generally pretty happy now.
I'm changing the direction of this blog a little, but not too much! I'm just going to blog about nice things. Yeah, I'll still blab about Lolita fashion and stuff, but other fashion is cool too.

I also want this crown.

Anyway, that's all I wanted to say. It's about 12am now and I have school in the morning, so I'd better go.
I'll leave you with some Kyary, because I love her to bits and I've been listening to her for a good two hours solid.

AATP: The Secret Between Alice & The Clocktower (or something like that)

Right, I know that Baby are releasing a print named Pas de Deux in the blue moon, but to be honest, I'm much more interested in the new Alice & The Pirates reserve series. Okay, so Baby's series looks more interesting, but I like the feel of the AATP series.

Without further ado, here it is:

First, the main pieces,

Okay, I'm just going to stop here for a minute and say that I am head over heels in love with these pieces. No really, I absolutely adore the offwhite/sax blue combination, and I want the OP in sax so bad. Soo bad.

Ehm, anyway...

The series will be available in four colourways, namely Ghost (offwhite & offwhite), Alice (sax blue & offwhite), Carnival (red & black), and Noir (Black & more Black).

Along with these four pieces, there will be a blouse, socks, necklace, headdress, headbow, and an apron available in the series. Reservation is starting tomorrow (17th), so if you want this series, get your skates on!

The release can be viewed in its entirety here.

So go on, make me jealous, who's reserving something from the series?
